“Chem-Dry is the only company we have used the thirty years I have lived in this house. We have had two light blue carpets that have warn wonderfully. We do remove our shoes to help keep it clean.

Two years ago we decided to replace this second carpet as it was stretching out. The hall did not look nice. After seeing how MUCH new carpet was, we called a professional to tighten it. He did trim an inch off places and we had Chem-Dry and it looked so nice. We used Ocean Front and the last time a couple years ago “Green-somthing”. Both had closed. Anyway, I called hoping to at least get an estimate.

Heather Staples was wonderful on the phone. She tried to look up our old accounts and did find something under “Green-something” – I wish I could remember the name! But not the size of the rooms, so she gave me a figure within our reach, top of our budget.

Enter Tyler and Terry, just a few days later on 30 Jan. 2023. I wanted to wait until warmer weather so it would dry faster but a house guest is due. We were called right on time and they arrived when they said they would be here. Both seemed very nice and really listened to what we needed. THey seemed to work very well together and got the job done quickly as we had another appointment that came up later, the same day. They offered to let me check the wet carpet but I declined. When we returned 3 hours later, the carpet was still damp, but we sat on the sectional, no problem. It was the next day we could really SEE the professional job they had done. We couldn’t be more happy. That OLD light blue carpet, looks GREAT.

We wanted to say THANK YOU to Heather, when they gave me her card, I thought she looked like the pretty mental picture in my mind.

The guy in charge was friendly with a great personality, we will be requesting them next time we need a cleaning.

Thank you ALL for a job well done!!!”
