“I’m very picky about who gets my business and who I write reviews about. I can honestly say that Heather and the crew she sent out – Lexus and Caleb – were great. Friendly, personable people. Had to run out and get something done. Heather had no issues with me leaving the crew. I had no problems with lights on, doors unlocked or anything out of place when I came home. The guys left everything clean and just like they hadn’t even been there. I just bought the house and there was a weird musty smell to it…something that made me feel like it wasn’t home. “I had an awesome experience with Southside Chem-Dry and I feel the need to share it. First, the technicians arrived at my home right on time, how often does that happen? Usually never. Second, the two technicians that were dispatched to do my job were extremely professional and very personable. They honestly made me feel like I was their only customer and all of their attention was focused on me. This was absolutely the best customer service, all around, that I could ever ask for. But not only was the customer service outstanding, the resulting work was spectacular. I have had a stain from who knows what, smack dab in the middle of my hallway since I bought the house. I’ve had my carpets professionally cleaned twice, with personal spot cleaning of my own with a portable carpet cleaner in between. That stain lived through it all. Well, after Southside Chem-Dry’s visit today, that stain is long gone! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that tough stain had finally been beat. The rest of the carpet looked great as well. “Had a pet stain a sofa with feces. After cleanup and recommendation from Young’s Upholstery, they said a deep clean would be better to save the fabric and they recommended Chem-Dry. They were quick to respond and get to my home the next day. I was called the appointment day and updated to the arrival time. That was very helpful and worked great. The two technicians arrived and told me how they were going to clean the entire sofa. Three large seat cushions and three back cushions. Plus the rest of the sofa frame.They were professional, worked quickly and were very polite. They finished up and showed me what work was done and we took care of payment on the spot. They are a great service and good value, I would use them again”

I have 3 young children in my house and didn’t think it was possible to clean up some of the stains they left behind but I was extremely impressed at the outcome. “I was very impressed talking to the owner about the process ChemDry uses. The technician was able to come out the next day, called to let me know he was on his way to my house. He carefully wiped off any overspray on the baseboard. I had very dirty traffic areas so they took longer to dry (about 4 hours), but that is much shorter time than my last cleaning from another company that took 24 hours to dry – with fans! I already scheduled another cleaning in 6 months. I highly recommend this company.”
